Family Guy reference?

Could the Grumple be a parody of Ernie the Giant Chicken from Family Guy? Both are thought to be people in costumes, but aren't, and both carry on a violent and long-standing feud with the main character. I am, what I is. -Ron Stoppable 11:47, September 7, 2012 (UTC)
