The Talk Show Host runs a television talk show and is most likely a parody of then-talk show host Sally Jessy Raphael. A guest cries to her due to Homer Simpson's sexual harassment allegations, despite admitting not to knowing Homer personally. The host replies that her tears say more than real evidence ever would.

Behind the Laughter

She was based on Sally Jessy Raphael who host her own daytime TV talk show from 1983 to 2003. The real Sally Jessy Raphael tweeted she did not provide the voice of the talk show host which was done by Tress MacNeille, but she was still "very flattered".
