Tavern on the Scream is a restaurant at Itchy & Scratchy Land.
The gimmick with the restaurant is that the foods have violent names, such as Brain Burger (a cheeseburger) and Eyeball Stew (a kind of soup), which annoyed Marge at first before Bart explained the food names. Apparently, the restaurant also serves veal (under the name Baby Guts), much to the disgust of the restaurant's employees. This theme is further reinstated in Tapped Out, with Bart desiring to order an "unhappy meal", a children's meal combo that comes with a Scratchy figurine[1], at the tavern.
