The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is a labor union. The union represented laborers on the set of the film Radioactive Man. They are depicted as extremely lazy and surly, spending much of the "workday" simply lounging outside actors' trailers. Homer Simpson is in awe of this life, having always wished to be a teamster, and decides to relax alongside them.
