Terry Gross (born February 14, 1951, in Brooklyn, New York City, New York) is the host and co-executive producer of Fresh Air, a interview-based radio show distributed on NPR, since 1975. She has been married to Francis Davis since 1994.

In the two episodes she has appeared in, her voice can be heard on the radio.

Both Gross and her show are parodied in "Gal of Constant Sorrow", which features a poster for the "Gross Air with Terry Fresh" radio show.
