- Homer breaks the fourth wall when he raises and lowers the split screen of his window cell in the call's split screen.
- This episode was rated TV-PG, but it was TV-14 on Hulu. The reason for the rating change is unknown.
- As Homer scrolls on his phone, the old Simpson family from the Ullman shorts could be seen.
- Leonardo DiCaprio appears to own a Tesla, even though it seems to be a Ferrari-esque supercar rather than an electric sedan.
- By the door of Moe's Tavern, there is a picture of the Be Sharps, and another of the guys at the bar.
- As Marge drives past the post office in Marthaās Vineyard, the sign says āOPEN WEDNESDAYSā, even though on the week of original airing, the post office would have be closed due to Wednesday being Veteranās Day.
- Abercrombie & Fish is a parody of Abercrombie and Fitch, and Arrrbyās is a clear parody of Arby's.
- Homer, Lenny, Carl and Lily were seen having a picnic on the grass by the cooling towers, even though they usually have pavement around them.
- When Marge goes to her Aunt's Vineyard, she can possibly mean Eunice Bouvier's Vineyard.
- During its most recent appearance, the Gone Fission appeared to be a simple yacht with a wooden deck, but in this episode, it appears to have been renovated, and sized up. This could possibly be a new ship registered with the same name.
