Dr. Colossus is deemed not to be a danger to people and is allowed to leave jail but he doesn't want to leave and decides to attempt to cause trouble. However, his efforts are futile and when he tries to get a job at Krusty Burger (which he gets denied cause he's overqualified) he stops a robbery attempt by Snake (it was an attempt to curb his jealousy of Snake) and is lauded a hero even though he was trying to be mean.
