The Bahamas

The Bahamas, officially the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, is a country located in the Atlantic Ocean, and is part of North America.

History[]

During a flu epidemic in Springfield, Joe Quimby makes a television announcement that he will not leave Springfield. However, the stage is interrupted but a native drummer, and it is revealed he is in a fake set on a Bahamian beach.^[1]

The Bahama are competing in the 2010 Winter Olympics.^[2]

The Bahamas is a country within the Commonwealth Realms of the United Kingdom, being the monarch Queen Elizabeth II, By the Grace of God of the Bahamas, Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of Faith.
