Plot

It's the 75th Aniversary of Itchy and Scratchy and Bart, Lisa and Homer go to the Itchy and Scratchy Parade. Bart follows it to "Bum Town", where he meets a homeless man named Chester, who claims that he created Itchy and Scratchy, and cartoon violence. At the comic book store, Bart buys what Comic Book Guy claims to be the original cartoon. Bart breaks open the frame to see if the man was telling the truth. In the bottom corner, covered by the frame, was Chester's Signature.When Bart and Chester try to prove that Chester created the cartoon to the C.E.O of Itchy and Scratchy, they are thrown out by security. They decide to take it to court. The Itchy and Scratchy company have much better lawyers (obviously) than the children and Chester. The case seems to be over, due to the fact that Chester has not presented ay evidence. When the C.E.O. takes the stand, Bart reveals the original Itchy and Scratchy cartoon signed be Chester. Chester, victoriously wins. Then, Itchy and Scratchy Studios loose all their money in court and Bart feels guilty that he just killed Itchy and Scratchy forever. He and Lisa try to solve the problem, but are shocked when they find out the problem was solved, along with other problems, by two kids Lester and Eliza who strangly look a lot like the kids. The story ends with Bart relizing that he and Lester were to forever be nemesis.
