The Fracker is a man who is one of the enemies of Radioactive Man and also one of the members of The Fossil Fuel Four.
History[]
He, along with the rest of The Fossil Fuel Four, defeated and killed Radioactive Man. He delivered the last blow that killed Radioactive Man.
Appearance[]
The Fracker is a large, burly man with large muscles and lots of body hair. He is similar in appearance to an oil rig worker, sporting light brown leather work gloves, dark brown work boots, tattered denim overalls, and a red hard hat marked with a white "F." He also has a patchy, unkempt beard, and keeps a large, lit cigar clenched between his teeth.

He can shoot polluted water from the pipe he carries.
