The Genie is a blue genie from Aladdin.
History
Homer once had a nightmare where he was flying on a flying carpet above Springfield. He rubbed a lamp and the Genie appeared. The Genie then started changing U.S culture into Islamic culture, included First Church of Springfield turned into a mosque, Reverend Lovejoy turned into Islamic priest (An Imam) and the bullies turning into Mafiosos.
Trivia
Dan Castellaneta also voiced the Genie on the Aladdin TV series and in the film's sequel, The Return of Jafar (which additionally serves as the pilot to the TV Show) when Robin Williams refused.
