The Good, the Sad and the Drugly |
|
Trivia
- Jenny resembles Samantha Stankey from Bart's Friend Falls in Love. Ironically, the exact reverse of the episode's events seem to be the main plot line.
- When Milhouse said "Hello Bart" it sounded like something Sideshow Bob would say.
- The Good, the Sad and the drugly is a reference to some of the characters.
- The last time Homer felt oblivious about 'El Barto' being Bart's alter-ego despite the resemblance was in Homer's Odyssey.
- As of this episode, every main Simpsons family member (except Maggie) has taken drugs.
- Homer uses Nappien in 'Crook and Ladder'.
- Marge takes Steroids in 'The Strong Arms of the Ma'.
- Bart gets addicted to Focusyn in 'Brother's Little Helper'.
- Grampa would go on to take MustBeNys in 'The Scorpion's Tale'.
Cultural references
- When Lisa searches for what Springfield will be like in 50 years on the computer she searches the web site Oogle, a very obvious parody of Google.
- The title is a reference to the film: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.
