The Itchem & Scratchem Blow is the Jamaican spin-off of The Itchy & Scratchy Show.

The broadcast rights of The Itchy & Scratchy Show were sold to countries outside of the United States. The Itchem & Scratchem Blow was a version shown in Jamaica, with the Itchy character being named Itchem and the Scratchy character being named Scratchem.
The episode seen in this version was Rasta, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, which featured Itchem rolling up Scratchem in a beach towel so that he looked like a spliff, and then smoked him to the point where he burned to death. It also had it's own theme song, which was a variation on the original show's theme song, with "smoke" and "toke" in the places of "fight" and "bite", respectively. There were also Jamaican singers that sung this show's theme instead of high pitched singers for the original. The pace of this theme is slower than the original theme, sounding more akin to reggae, a Jamaican genre of music.
