After the second story, Superintendent Chalmers pops in and decides to tell a story of his own.
Full Story[]
In this story, we see a young Homer wanting some syrup on his pancakes, while Abe tells him no but Mona says that Homer needs sugar to stay awake. Homer is happy to go to school and Abe gives him little encouragement. Homer encounters a leather wearing Skinner who wants him to be truant and have fun. Homer tries to escape saying that he doesn't want to fat, stupid and balding. Unfortunately, Homer try as he might becomes all 3 things, Chalmers said that the truant boy was king of the vampires but Skinner tells him that HE was the boy but Chalmers says that Skinner is boring.
