The Ritz-Carlton Hotel for Transients is a hotel for homeless people in Capital City; the name is a parody of the Ritz-Carlton hotel chain. It is located on 433rd street.

When Seymour Skinner returned to his old home, Capital City, he stayed here. When Marge came up with the idea to bring him back to Springfield, she and a few others traveled to Skinner's apartment. Later, Agnes was able to convince Skinner to return to Springfield.
