The Rolling Stones Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp is a rock camp run by The Rolling Stones.

At the camp, Homer and a bunch of other Springfield citizens learn rock music, with Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Elvis Costello, Lenny Kravitz, Tom Petty, and Brian Setzer. The wannabe rock stars learn to play a guitar with their teeth, to dance like Mick Jagger, how important an image is, to avoid press and fans, and listen to Tom Petty play mindless generic rock.
