She's an "unnamed", possible daughter of Homer and Marge Simpson from Bart's vision.

History[]

After Marge catches Bart tampering with her birth control pills, Bart expresses his desire for a younger brother. Marge, though sympathetic to her son, explains that she and Homer are fine with just three kids -- she also points out that a potential fourth child might end up being another girl instead of a boy, resulting in Bart possibly having three sisters.

Realizing this, Bart imagined older versions of himself, Lisa, Maggie and his possible third sister -- being forced to go shopping with his sisters, Bart questions his sisters on how they could possibly need so many clothes, to which Lisa responds with "shopping is the most fun you can have standing up." The Simpson sister's only line was, "You didn't see what I cooked up in the last galley on my flight to London. They don't call it 'Virgin Airlines' anymore," resulting in her sisters laughing.

After the vision ended, Bart realized that couldn't risk the possibility of having another sister.
