The Simpsons: Minutes to Meltdown is a 2.5D adventure mobile game based on The Simpsons released by EA Mobile in 2007, the same year and month that The Simpsons Movie was released.
Gameplay[]
It is the playable character Homer Simpson's job to prevent a nuclear meltdown that Plopper (aka Spider Pig) somehow causes. Homer can pick up donuts and Buzz Cola to restore his health. Playable environments include the Simpsons house, outside the Kwik-E-Mart, and inside the nuclear power plant.
Plot[]
The story begins with Homer Simpson watching the news with Plopper. A news report reveals that a nuclear meltdown will occur due to Homer's incompetence (it's implied that Plopper had somehow been responsible for the meltdown). Homer attempts to make it to the Power Plant while avoiding the citizens who're angered with Homer.
