Theodore "Teddy" L'eau was the son of Maurice L'eau and Coquette Bouvier. He had three siblings Hi L'eau, Tilda L'eau and Rodney L'eau. He is a cousin of Clancy Bouvier, a first cousin once removed of Marge Simpson, and a first cousin twice removed of the Simpson kids.
