The This Is Not A Couch Gag couch gag is the eighth couch gag of Season 19.
Plot[]
The Simpson family is already sitting on the couch. The camera zooms out to reveal a sentence that says, "Ceci n'est pas une couch gag" ("This is not a couch gag" in French). The camera zooms out again to reveal the family and the couch as a painting in a museum. Mrs. Vanderbilt and a man look at it.
