Tikku Nahasapeemapetilon is the deceased brother of Sanjay and Apu.

History

When Sanjay confessed he gave his part of the Kwik-E-Mart to Jay, Apu asked him how could he abandon his brother. Sanjay answers "the way we abandoned our other brother". At first, Apu forgot about Tikku, but he soon remembered that he was the wise fox on a boat with Apu and Sanjay, which makes him cry. It's unknown how he got abandoned by his brothers.
