Antonino "Tonino" Accolla (April 6, 1949 - July 14, 2013) was an Italian actor and voice actor. His work for The Simpsons was most notably dubbing Homer Simpson's voice in the Italian version of The Simpsons until his death in 2013 and he was replaced by Massimo Lopez afterwards. Aside from performing Homer, he also voiced Young Abraham Simpson and he also voiced Fat Tony in The Simpsons Movie.
Accolla was also the primary Italian voice of Eddie Murphy. Other actors he occasionally dubbed included Pierce Brosnan, Bill Paxton, Gary Oldman and Bill Pullman.
Accolla died in Rome on July 14th 2013 at the age of 64 after suffering a long illness.
