The title of this article is conjectural. Though the topic is found within The Simpsons universe, a proper name is not available.

The Torpedo Admiral is a member of the United States Navy. He wants to punish Homer for his incompetence, but admits it would be hypocritical since he has been indicted for shooting a torpedo at a carnival cruise ship.
