- The lady screaming is replaced by Regis Philbin's phrase "My eyes! My beautiful eyes!" (only on syndicated airings, Disney+ prints and the Season 10 DVD release) and the organ music is reused from the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th episodes of Treehouse of Horror. On Castilian Spanish, Russian and French prints, Regis' line is absent, leaving only the organ, just like in the 2nd and 3rd Treehouse of Horror episodes.
