Unlike 4th and 5th, the woman screaming sound has a small reverb and the organ playing is reused from the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 9th episodes of Treehouse of Horror. However, in some International prints, a different shushing sound is heard during the lady shushing animation making it sound like the lady is shushing a random woman who was screaming offscreen.
