In the episode "Apocalypse Cow", Tress MacNeille is mentioned twice in the episode; the first is when Bart believes his conscience is making mooing sounds, only to realize it is Anguished Animals III by Tress MacNeille, and the second time is when Homer hears a voice saying he is entering the killing room floor of the slaughterhouse...
In the Czech dubbing of the episode she is not mentioned by her name but as the voice actor of Skinner's mother. First Bart instead of saying her name says that she voices Skinner's mother and Homer later says the same.
