Twyla Schedeen (née Simpson) was the only daughter of Zorina and Lou Simpson. She has two brothers, Echardt Simpson and Bob Simpson. She was the first cousin of Orville Simpson. She was also the maternal grandmother of Mort Krupp, Connie Krupp, Lola Krupp, Endora Krupp, Archie Krupp (adopted) and Pomona Krupp.
