The author of the book is head of the Spaceology Department of the Correspondence College of Tampa.
When all the adults of Springfield started to behave strangely, Bart thought that they were involved with UFOs or other paranormal phenomena, inspiring from the book. He convened a group of children and together they got an explanation: the Rand Corporation, with the help from the saucer people and reverse vampires, were forcing their parent to go to bed early in a fiendish plot to eliminate dinner. Lisa just sighed and didn't comment it.
