When Lisa and Milhouse are at home, Lisa suggests to Milhouse that he goes to Michigan to get over his sickness while she takes Zia Simpson to her family's holiday dinner. He reports that they always make him wear a veil. A picture of him attending this university is seen. He later does go there, and asks somebody to FedEx him a prayer mat.[1]
