History[]
After Bart damaged Springfield Elementary School with steam, Homer had to take him to Upward Bound. Homer mistook the director for a colonel but he was not. The director then told Bart to kiss his childhood goodbye. Homer left, but after feeling terrible he came back to take Bart to Las Vegas. The director told him that his credit card was rejected, meaning that Bart would've been sent Homer anyway, so Homer threw another credit card at him and took off.
