She appears to get along with other kids in her class and throughout school. She bears a strong resemblance to the White-Haired Girl, who apparently was replaced by this character. She hasn't spoken as of yet.
Description[]
Valley often wears a green shirt, blue pants, and green shoes. She notably wears a necklace around her neck, which contains a single pearl attached to her necklace. She also has brown hair, though in past episodes she has been seen with blond hair.

- Valley can be mistaken for the white-haired girl and the long-haired girl.
- In some earlier episodes, she is not wearing her necklace.
- Valley's name was revealed in "Woo-hoo Dunnit?".
- Valley shares a last name with Ms. Mercer an elderly librarian in Springfield.
