Biography

His past is mostly surrounded in mysteries, although it is known he is a veteran. He is most likely over 80 years old, and likes to make flags in his spare time, even if they aren't completely accurate. He wears a orange sweater that he may have made himself, he has a balding hair, and thick mustache, he wears purple jeans, and large loafers. He most likely made two flags, as he can be seen making two differently colored flags, but it is possible he had two differently colored sides on his flag. Because of his past military experience Bart said he'd salute his flags, even though they were oddly colored.

• He shows a resemblance to Kirkedemious Van Houten.
