Vegas Town Casino was a casino joint that was presumably operated by Mr. Burns. After failing to reinvent himself to be popular among Springfield, he ultimately hired the captured Loch Ness Monster to act as a bouncer at the casino, largely to provide the "lovable scamp" a good home. She specifically acted as a bouncer at the one free pull slot, refusing any more tries.
