Vicky and Katja are two alleged college students who rent a room in Ned's house, but they posted sexy videos online at whose email address is the www.thesimpsons.com/sexyslumberparty site, which resulted Ned moving from Springfield because the whole neighbourhood was watching these videos, some even with the presence of Ned.
The two girls have a side-line of their own; a webcam of their bedroom (www.sexyslumberparty.com - and, at the time the episode first aired, the link worked, pointing to a site with drawings of the two girls), which soon becomes a town hit. When Marge finds out, she drags Homer (literally, by the ear) to Ned, who discovers the truth and realizes that he can't trust anybody in Springfield any more. There is one place he can go; Humbleton, Pennsylvania, the home of the Humble Figurines that he collects.
Appearance[]
Vicky and Katja are two young girls aged circa at least 18 to their early twenties. Katja has short straight dark brown hair, and Vicky has long whitish-blonde hair worn in a ponytail tied with a pink hair tie. Katja wears a white shirt with a blue skirt, and a silver cross choker necklace, and Vicky wears a pinafore dress over a pink top. For their videos, Katja wears a red spaghetti strap nightie edged with black lace and black stockings, and Vicky wears a pale pink spaghetti strap nightie with a ruffled hem. Both wear pink lipstick, and Katja wears blue eyeshadow.
Personality[]
Both girls come across as sweet and charming when enquiring about the room being up for rent at Ned Flanders house, with Vicky being visibly upset at the dorms at college being Co-Ed, and seeing the boys in their robes. However, it's quickly revealed their true intentions, when Katja sets up a camera hiding in the book shelf, and their SexySlumberParty website streaming goes live.
