Kent Brockman reports Victoria is about to marry gazillionaire Reginald James Cabot Whitney III who will be her 7^th husband.

Many years ago, when Victoria was a student in high school, she lived in Capital City and visited her Uncle Monty in Springfield. She went on a date with Homer Simpson the same day he was supposed to go on a date with Marge.
