Trivia

• This episode is dedicated to the memory of the late Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee who died on November 12, 2018, six days before this episode aired. Lee previously voiced himself in the Season 13 episode "I Am Furious (Yellow)" and the Season 25 episode "Married to the Blob" as well as a couch gag scene used in the Season 28 episode "The Caper Chase".
• During the rerun on July 28, 2019, another dedication was made in loving memory of Russi Taylor, one of the long-running original voice actors of the series who died two days earlier. Taylor did the voices for numerous characters over the course of the series notably Martin Prince, Sherri and Terri, and Üter Zörker.

Goofs

• Nelson gets the message that he has been expelled, but he is seen at school in another episode.
  • He could've been reaccepted back off-screen or the lunchlady was just teasing him by giving him that message which would mean Nelson wasn't expelled really.

Censorship

On the premiere on November, 8th, 2022 on Channel 4 they cut these three scenes.

• Julio saying that he doesn't want to hear Marge use the "C-A-next Tuesday word" again was cut.
• The text showing numerous links was cut.
• The tub saying that people store pot in him in Marge's hallucination was cut.
