What's on Paula's Window Sill? is a cooking program presented by T.V chef Paula Paul.
History
Homer bought Marge one of Paula's cooking machines for her birthday. To make the gift extra special, Homer went to the local grocery store to get the machine signed by Paula Paul. Paula told Homer that she would phone Marge live from her show to wish her a happy birthday.
After Paula's Birthday messages didn't get though to Marge's phone due to her rabbit chewing through the phone cord, Marge turned on the T.V show to find Paula and the audience insulting Marge (by telling her to go to Hell and telling her never to make any of Paula's recipes) because they thought she deliberately ignored the messages.
