Wheels McGrath is Abraham Simpson II's friend he knew from his days in the military. They later ended up owning a night club in a hijacked plane.
The night club later takes flight when undercover CIA agent Isabella drives it in attempt to find low grade criminals. Later going back to their normal life in Springfield.
