The White Dragon was a hallucination from Homer.

History

When Homer eats the sleeping pills in the episode "Goo Goo Gai Pan", he starts to see the dragon who promised to let him ride on his back in exchange for peanuts. When Homer said he'll only give him one, the dragon flies off saying that Homer is greedy and tells the other dragons.
