Willie's Mother, also known as Mrs. MacDougal, is the unnamed mother of Groundskeeper Willie. She lives in Scotland and owns a small bar there.

History

She came with her husband to see Willie at Loch Ness when he, Homer, Frink and Mr. Burns went to peruse the Loch Ness Monster.

Willie once remarked that her feet stink because she works in manure all day, before going on to say that her workplace was "still the best damn Starbucks in Glasgow".
