Ye Olde Anchor Shoppe is a specialist maritime store in Springfield, with anchors in its front display window.
When Homer attempted to avert disaster by using a makeshift anchor to stop the out-of-control Springfield Monorail, the anchor passed by Ye Olde Anchor Shoppe. Captain McCallister was unimpressed, emerging from the store to tell Homer, "You call that an anchor?!"
The store was later seen in a different location, located next to The Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop.
