約瑟夫·史達林（英語：Joseph Stalin），是一名前蘇聯總書記，希特勒的基友，同時也是伯恩斯的朋友。

歷史

他曾經把萊尼的祖母扔進勞改營里待了20年，並且在好多集提到了他。伯恩斯的朋友畫像也有他，還說他挺會施加壓力，因此他的畫像畫得比其他人好。而且伯恩斯唱歌時在擺出所有邪惡的人的影子時也有他。
